I Don't Even

Trespass is an interesting movie. By interesting I mean terrible. The movie grossed $24k in the US on a $35 million budget. It also holds the record for fastest home video release when 18 days after its 10-day run it came out on DVD. A week later it was on Netflix (and still is). Trespass is the story of Nic Cage as a diamond seller who is super rich and is building a lavish new house for his family when he, Nicole Kidman and their daughter are held hostage by people after his money. The film is notable for having a plot twist about ever 5 minutes. The plot twists usually invalidate the previous plot twist. Also the acting seems like Nic Cage was everyone's acting coach, so it's pretty insane.

Nic Cage Trivia:

Nicolas Cage shut down production on this movie because he decided, after filming had already begun, that he didn't want to play the protagonist. He wanted to be the antagonist. The shooting was halted and they started looking for a new leading man when the next day Nic Cage came back and decided to play the protagonist anyway.

So hide your diamonds and get ready for Trespass on Wednesday at 10 Eastern/9 Central.
